They actually made those Sweet 16 picks?

Here we are the Sweet 16 has been determined. Not a single person had a Perfect Sweet 16 so we can’t analyze those particular brackets. The closest someone came to getting all 16 picks correct was Amanda Anaya who had 11.

So instead let’s dig deeper into each matchup and see just how the pool fared:

169 brackets correctly guessed this matchup. Gonzaga was an overwhelming favorite to make it this far and a quarter of those people picked Creighton as well.

(6) USC vs.  (7) Oregon

Just 11 brackets went with the Trojans versus the Ducks.

(1) Michigan vs. (4) Florida State

It was all chalk in this pod. 315 brackets correctly guessed this matchup.

(2) Alabama vs. (11) UCLA

Who would have thought a 2 would face an 11? Well four brackets had this one. Greyson Barger, Hector Arzola, and Christine Bitner.

(1) Baylor vs. (5) Villanova

Roughly a quarter of the pool predicted this one. 159 total brackets with Baylor vs. Villanova

(3) Arkansas vs. (15) Oral Roberts

Less than 1% of the pool had Oral Roberts had them making it to the Sweet 16 but only two people selected them to face Arkansas: Candice Farha and Damon Solomon.

(8) Loyola (Ill) vs. (12) Oregon State

Twelve people selected Oregon State to advance this far. Two of the twelve also picked the Ramblers: Carla Robinson and current leader, Amanda Anaya.

(2) Houston vs. (11) Syracuse

6.8% (40 brackets) went with Houston vs. Syracuse in the Sweet 16.
