Final Four 2025

Day 8 Recap – March 30: Now we wait

Not since 2008 have 1 seeds made it to the Final Four. So if you clicked that “pick all favorites” button when filling out your bracket, at least you have a Perfect Final Four.

Up until this year, there have only been 28 brackets with a Perfect Final Four. This year alone there were 131 brackets with a Perfect Final Four.

With that said, we have a new leader.

Rookie Robyn Heinz has taken the lead after a perfect weekend in the Elite 8 games. But it’s the slimmest of margins as 11-year veteran Matt Davis is just half a point behind her in second.

Then 5-year veteran Travis Overley and 12-year veteran Tammy Miller sit behind Heinz 1.5 points in a tie for third.

The standings are extremely tight so tight that for the first time ever in pool history, eight different people have a chance to win it going into the Final Four Weekend.

I present to you the What If Scenarios which are now available online.

Seven different people have a chance to take home their first ebTalk Benefit Pool Championship and the $2,500 prize that goes with it and then there’s Tammy Miller who could become the first person to become a 2-time champion following her 2016 win.

Championship Scenarios

—————————–

In Overtime, six brackets still remain perfect but multiple people still have a chance to win it all and some scenarios will come down to tie-breakers.

As a reminder:

1.) Points Tie-Breaker For The Final Game. Closest person wins.
If the points tie-breaker is tied, the person without going over wins.
2.) If a tie, Most total correct picks
3.) Most teams picked correctly in the Sweet 16 round
4.) Most teams picked correctly after Sweet 16 round
5.) Better score in the main pool

The front page includes the standings, brackets and everything you will want to know.

In First Family, The Miller family continue to grow their lead ober the Brotemarkle family in the 7-9 division. Meanwhile, in the 4-6 division, the Mears family also extended their lead over the Baker family.

In couple up, TJ and Sarah Morris remain in first over Dan and Tammy Miller.

In our Survivor Pool, we started the day with twelve people but loss Samantha Eskridge following the Tennessee loss.

That leaves us with 11 people going into Saturday but Eddy Brotemarkle has automatically been eliminated as he has already selected all four teams left.

So that really leaves us with just 10 people.

Those alive can make their picks here.

Good luck on your picks and remember, past Survivor picks can always be found on the front page.
